Tangy, Savory Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

A Superbowl party favorite. Buffalo Chicken Dip

 

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  •  2 cups Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce (such as Tabasco®)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
  • Tortilla or your favorite chips

 

Directions

  1. Cook chicken with olive oil and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken and set aside.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, stir in cream cheese, ranch dressing and half of shredded cheese. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring until well blended and warm. Add shredded chicken.
  3.  Pour mixture into square 9x9 oven-safe dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake at 350°F until cheese simmers (about 15 minutes). Serve with chips and celery sticks. Enjoy!
For a fun twist, try Blue Cheese dressing instead of Ranch or sprinkle chopped green onions on top to dress it up.
