Never have I ever owned a below-countertop microwave and now that I own one, I love it. I don’t have to drag out my step stool anymore. The inside lining is easy wipe plus so many time-saving and usable features. What an innovative progress for microwaves.

This microwave is a great idea, but is poorly designed and built. When you mount it into a cabinet under a counter, it's very difficult to use. The buttons are not lit or backlit. So unless you have direct light on the keypad, it's difficult to use. I use a flashlight to see the buttons. Here's what I'd do differently: 1. light up the buttons. 2. Design the key pad to tilt out when using it so the buttons are easier to see if this unit is mounted in a lower cabinet.

We love the looks and the performance of the drawer microwave. There is only one aspect we question and sre not yet sure what tge cause is. The drawer does not always remain closed when we press the 'close' button, so we need to close it manually, but that is forced and should not be needed.
