Bought this microwave because it was same size and brand of my last one. Not happy that the back mounting bracket was different and we had to totally remove the old one from the wall. Took twice as long to install because it was like starting from scratch. Door hangs and you have to use a lot more force to open/close it. Really loved my old one that was only 8 yrs old - not as happy with this one
