I bought this oven 5 years ago. 2 years after I bought it the top convection stopped working. The diagnostic feature didnt help.

Got this unit a year ago. For the most part Im very happy with it. PROS: It cooks evenly looks stunning and the pull out rack is great. CONS: Takes forever to preheat often 20 min or more and the chime on the top oven continues to ring every 15 seconds or so even after its done and you have removed your food. It only stops when you press cancel/stop. Dont bother trying to get an answer in the owners manual there isnt one. Ive read the whole thing. Calling Customer Service doesnt help. They put you on hold Please hold while I look through the manual only to be told it cant be turned off. I have always preferred LG products. Ive bragged about them to friends and family. This problem while it may seem insignificant to others is making me seriously regret the purchase of this oven. Another CON: The inability to talk to anyone who can help does not endear me to LG right now. Customer Service needs people who can do more than read the owners manual that I have and have read. This is a MAJOR design flaw if there is no option to turn the chime off.

I am loving my new gorgeous LG double oven. It is an amazing blue inside and does beautiful things to roast my dinners. Best of all I had a problem with the initial delivery and Best Buy sent and installed a second LG double oven within a week.

We bought our LG double wall oven 6 years ago and really like them with one exception.The function panel does not light up. When we use the oven to bake broil clean etc. we have to use a flash light to choose the function we want. We checked with our dealer and he said it was a design flaw or oversight by LG. Surely that shortcoming has been corrected in newer models. If so maybe we can update ours.

We remodeled out kitchen and installed the oven. Our first attempt at preheating ovenx2 we received an error message. Made an online warranty claim and am working though the process
