I had used this where I work (for an appliance distributor) along with a pricier German brand and a pricier US brand. Since I was able to use them all I did "testing" of different items in each of the steam ovens. I went with the JennAir due to performance, ease of cleaning, price, 110V (plugs right into my wall).

Have baked a bunch of breads and bagels...incomparable texture and crust. Tried a steam convected roast chicken with the temp probe and pre-set program....perfect. Uses very little power, had to change my wall outlet to 110v, 15 amp from 220v, 30 amp, that's a good thing. It is a bit uneven and turning food from back to front is tough because the shelves are hard to move easily. Nobody makes a baguette pan that will fit it, I am working on jury rigging one; and there is NO COOKBOOK, except for a really bad one on line. Pre-settings are nice but if you really like to cook, you need more info.on how to use it manually. Trim kit worked well for the sides but there is no trim kit for the top and bottom and it is a lot smaller than my old oven, big empty space at the top still.
