The biggest selling feature was the air fryer feature. After trying to air fry several different items that cooked 2-3 times longer than a countertop air fryer and were not even close to being crisp, we placed a service call. The GE tech told us the air fryer is not really an air fryer and frozen items such as French fries as not recommended. Who buys an air fryer that can’t do French fries!?!?! GE’s customer server is the worst we have ever dealt with. We will never buy another GE appliance…EVER!
