Chef collection range failure - AGAIN

i have a chef collection range with induction. unfortunately i had to have it repair 3 times in the last 4 years and now we have another problem. the broiler element starts randomly burning the food to a crisp and this without the fire risk it poses. i noticed from chat groups that this is a common problem. do you have a fix?
induction heats very fast. best part of the range

burners work great. oven bakes unevenly for a convection oven. i thought that was the point of convection. glass cook top recently broke, and have come to find that the top is no longer produced. after searching the web, there is a limited number of tops available, but because of their limited availability, the vendors prices are outrageous! thanks samsung for providing me with a very expensive mediocre oven which i can no longer find the most important part
Do not purchase, fragile and parts are obsolete

the glass cooktop is extremely fragile. (simply look at 1 in 5 reviews). it is just a matter of time before the cooktop cracks. when it does samsung will not cover this under warranty, they will label it as physical damage and their say is final. on top of this the glass part is obsolete and can no longer be purchased, if you can find someone that still has it you will be paying half of what you paid for the oven to fix it. wait a few months and it will be broken again. pictures attached showing the damage. impact point near the edge, but my ikea counter sustained no damage at all. yet this is considered physical damage and not covered. samsung customer service made their decision and that is that.

i have owned this oven for about 5 years now. it has the coolest features, this is the reason i put up with all the failures. first one of the 2 oven convection fan was not working. samsung replaced the main board after 3 service visits. i also have had to put up with the oven temperature drop issues that others have reported. i have to stop and start the oven periodically. this is the only way to force it to hold the set temperature. now the two left induction burners quit detecting pans and will not operate. it is out of warranty, so i am replacing the left induction module myself. the part is not available retail so i had to buy a used one on ebay. fingers crossed.
High on features, low on quality

layout and functionality of the induction cooktop are ahead of most others on the market. led "flame" lighting, while cheesy, is actually a nice touch. it's an intuitive way to indicate when a burner is on. and the flex duo oven is the reason we chose samsung. unfortunately, overall construction quality of the rest of the unit is poor. metal components are thin and flimsy. worse yet, the oven is slow to preheat and doesn't maintain set temperatures. it will wander off to a lower temp than what is indicated. every time the door is opened, the oven must be restarted to prompt the oven to maintain the temperature indicated. be prepared for baking disasters.
