i paid a lot of money for top of the line products. after about 18 months of use i had to pay almost $400 to repair the dryer. now, two years after i purchased them i have to pay another $300 to repair the washer. i have no confidence that these appliances will be service free in the future. i will not purchase another samsung product.

the dryer drum has cracked on the weld. a dryer drum should never crack; this part should last the life of the dryer (10+ years). i could never recommend a product with a quality issue like this no matter how many features it has.

the unit needed repair after 30 mos. the parts were 4 wheels the size of hockey pucks. the repairs cost 60% of the cost of a new unit. this is my 2nd samsung set. it will also be my last.
