Just 4 months and the unit is not powering up. this is the worst product i got from samsung, the quality looks very cheap. They said it has WIFI connectivity, i was unable to connect the dryer to smartthings. I have Dishwasher, TV, refrigerator lot many samsung appliances but this is not their make definitely.

i'd love this dryer if it were 20 years old or if it cost half as much. as it is, i merely "am fine" with it. it's a box with a spinny thing that gets my laundry hot to dry them. but! -dryness sensor is basically a non-starter. i can set it to "very dry" and any type of load i put in will still be damp when it reports "finished" -can't turn on the interior light without multiple button presses.

dryer started making intermittent noise a month after purchase. reported it to manufacturer, told to unplug the unit. two years later the noise is almost constant.

After 12 years of dutiful service, our Kenmore washer and dryer needed to be replaced. Based on reviews, pricing and features, we replaced it with this dryer and its matching washing machine. Now we’re not even to the second anniversary of our purchase and the dryer drum appears to be going out on us—making the sound the dryer would if we were drying shoes. No wonder they only offer a year warranty—they know their product can’t last much longer. Never Samsung again!
