the compny only offers a year warrenty on their dryer. i should have researched the product and read the reviews on it dirst. a year and a month after the warrenty expired the dryer ran continously and the clothes were still wet. i researched it and found the common issue fir this is the sensor board. replaced it and a year later the same problem occured. if this is a knows issue samsung, recall the product or replace the bad board with a good one . i m very disppointed, why isnt it recalled for a defective board ? i would not recommend purchasing a samsung .

well, i have had had a pair,washer and dryer! the washer a couple little problems like it wouldnt drain because a hose came off the drain,by itself. but the dryer,had been down 5 times. 3 belts and 2 idler pulleys! luckily this last time it didnt break the belt, but i keep a spare anyway,because of past experiences. unfortunatly,i guess im going to have to keep a spare idler pulley as well, or just get a new dryer! the dryer works great when it runs! just wish it would stay running! jimi

dries kind of slow, there is no light inside. at least if you are going to leave out the light, make the drum white so maybe you can see something in there. it's very dark inside. dumbest thing ever.

the dryer was professionally installed. on the first use the dryer wasnt getting hot on the highest setting for both auto and manual setting.

nothing but trouble from day one. buttons would not work, it had a mind of its own when turning it on. after 3 years it died. waste of money.
