I just bought this washtower as I have a very small laundry room and the renovation enabled a laundry sink. My only complaint is getting clothes out of the washer that are plastered at the back of the washer - Im short. As I had LG washer and dryer before this I am used to the quality of the wash. I still have to figure out how to get a steam cycle/allergen cycle.

The LG STUDIO THINQ WASH CENTER WAS PURCHASED IN MAY 2023 from Home Depot. Delivered MAY 26 2023. It has been used approximately 10 times. Today June 30 2023 The washer started and then stopped. Now it will not respond. We have followed the online instructions to reset the breaker and unplug the washer and spoke with support and followed their instructions. The washer and dyer are on separate circuits. The dryer is working. We have requested a technician to come out and LG said they need to verify the delivery date. We have given them the serial number and model number. LG does a good job of marketing their products but the performance and customer service is not up to snuff. This machine should not be broken after one month. The design is nice but the quality is lacking. Now what LG? No solution reached. This interface did not allow me to add pictures.
