We have used the washer for few months and really liked it until on one the gasket over the door and the spring came off, spilling water on the floor. Not sure why. Will reachout to customer service.

I love the new washing machine. Our old one old and warned by the previous owners. We received this as a gift. The machine quiet since it’s new and I love the many features to wash clothes. I will write another view after several usage.

The washer works fine, we wanted them on the GE pedestals but the reviews on the website are so horrible and GE doesn't even carry them any more! Are they backordered? I don't want to try to buy another brand in case they don't fit. The washer and dryer really need to be elevated to get laundry in and out! I will like them much better when we have pedestals.
